4 BREAKFAST RECIPES! FRIED FISH & GRITS, BACON & POTATOES, PINEAPPLE JUICE, VEGGIE OMELETTE

Let’c cook some breakfast / brunch recipes today! I am making fried catfish and grits w/ greens, airfryer bacon and potatoes, pineapple, orange, ginger juice, and a veggies omelette. You can make all of these together for a brunch/ breakfast or you can make them individually!

Catfish or any white fish
5 catfish filets
salt free cajun seasoning
lemon peppers
Creole seasoning
old bay
1/4 cup butter milk
1 tbsp mustard

fish fry
1 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp salt free cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp Creole seasoning
1/2 tsp old bay

Greens
1 onions
1 cup water
1 tsp chicken bouillon
Creole seasoning to taste
1 ham hock or smoked turkey
1 lb kale or collard greens
olive oil

Grits
3 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup cheese of choice
1 tbsp butter
salt/ pepper to taste
1 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon

Potatoes & Bacon
Potatoes
dry ranch seasoning mix
rosemary
Creole Seasoning
Kinder Buttery Steakhouse
garlic pepper seasoning
salt free cajun seasoning
3-6 slices of bacon
olive oil
parsley
parmesan cheese (optional)

* All seasoned to taste. You can also make this in the oven at 400 degrees
