Ghee Rice

Ingredients
Ghee – 2 tbl spoon
Cashews
Dry grapes
Cinnamon stick – 1
Bay leaf – 1
Cardamom – 2
Mace
Cloves – 3
Pepper – ¼ teaspoon
Onion – 1
Green chilli – 3 to 4
Ginger garlic paste – 1½ tbl spoon
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Tomato – 1
Fennel powder – ½ teaspoon
Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
Curd – 2 tbl spoon
Water – 3 cups (For 1 ½ cup of rice)
30 mins soaked basmati rice – 1½ cup (300 grams)
Fried bread pieces (optional)
Salt
