This week, I cooked some dishes to match with a very good Paris-based sake called WAKAZE – THE BARREL.
I also visited a French government office which I was reluctant to do, and after that I bought some Spring clothes & cosmetics♡

◆Steamed Spring vegetables with parmesan cheese
Dress brussels sprouts, broccolis and snap peas with olive oil and salt.
Put in a pan one after another until they all get soft.
Put some thyme and butter then mix.
Serve on a plate and grate parmesan cheese on it.
◆Shrimp and asparagus with herb mayonnaise sauce
Boil asparagus with salted water.
Boil shrimps with salted water with white wine. Cut into 2.
Mix minced herbs (chives and dills), 3 table spoon of mayonnaise, 1 table spoon of lemon juice.
Dress asparagus and shrimps with the sauce.
◆Carrot rape with raisin and walnut
Thin slice the 2 carrots and put into a bowl.
Add 2 table spoon of red wine vinegar, 1 table spoon of olive oil, salt & pepper, raisins, crushed walnuts, and lemon zest.
◆Miso Spareribs grill
Mix grated 1/2 onion, grated 1 clove of garlic, 2 Tablespoon of soy sauce and honey, 1 Tablespoon of Miso, and dress 600g of spareribs for more than 30 minutes.
Cut 6 potatoes in one bite size and dress with olive oil, grated garlic and salt.
Grill spareribs and potatoes in an oven for 25 minutes at 200℃ and then 20 minutes on 220℃.
