Mustard Seeds
Whole Black Gram / Urad Dal
Bengal Gram / Chana Dal
Cashews & Peanuts
Curry Leaves & Dried Red Chillies
Fenugreek Powder & Asafoetida Powder
Lemon Juice
Salt as per taste
For Spicy Egg Fry / Roast
Boiled Eggs 3
Red Chilli Powder
Kashmiri Chilly Powder
Turmeric Powder
Garam Masala Powder
Pepper Powder
Salt as per taste
Water as required
This easy instant meals recipe is simply yummy… Its very easy to cook, the spicy & tangy rice goes well with any creamy and non tangy gravies like kadhi or raita. The green chillies & lemon add to the spicy and tangy blend of this recipe. This is a perfect meals recipe with less ingredients and minimal oil that everyone will love for sure..Perfect for those who have a busy schedule and want to spend minimal time in the kitchen. This rice can be accompanied with any gravies of your choice as well. I have served it with egg fry, some spicy roasted papads and pickles.
