These recipes are so quick and can be made under 15 mins and are very useful specially for working women. These are made using very simple ingredients like Jeera, Tomatoes, Coconut, Rice, etc., These can be made at home with fresh ingredients and tastes very yummy too and that way we can avoid oily and unhealthy food from outside.

Ingredients and Recipes:
Jeera Rice – 0:40
Ingredients:
1 Cup Cooked Rice, 2 Tsp Jeera, 1 Tsp Jeera Powder, Salt to Taste, Coriander Leaves, 3 Tsp Ghee

Recipe:
Heat a pan, Add 3 Tsps of Ghee
Add 2 Tsps Jeera and fry
Add 1 Cup of cooked rice, 1 Tsp Jeera Powder and mix well
Add Salt to taste and mix well
Add chopped Coriander Leaves
JEERA RICE is READY!

Tomato Rice – 1:21
Ingredients:
4 Medium Size Tomatoes, 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds, 1/4 Tsp Hing/Asafoetida, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric, Curry Leaves, Salt to taste, 3 Tsp Bengal Gram Powder, 1 Tsp Ghee

Recipe:
Heat a pan and add 1 Tsp of Ghee
Add 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds and fry
Add 1/4 Tsp Hing/Asafoetida
Add 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
Add Curry Leaves
Now add 1 Cup chopped tomatoes, close the lid and cook until tomatoes soften
Add Salt to taste
Add 2 Tsp Bengal Gram Powder and mix thoroughly
Add 2 Cups of cooked rice and mix well
Add 1 Tsp Bengal Gram Powder, mix well, close and cook for 1 min
TOMATO RICE is ready!!

Pudina Corn Rice – 2:57
Ingredients:
1 Bunch Pudina Leaves, 2 Green Chillies, 1 Tsp Jeera, 1/4 Cup Sweet Corn, Salt to taste, 1 Tsp Butter

Recipe:
Heat a pan, add 1 Tsp Butter and let it melt
Take 2 Green chillies, 1 Bunch of Pudina leaves and blend it into a paste as shown
Add 1 Tsp Jeera
Add Pudina Chilli Paste
Add 1/4 Cup Sweet corn, Salt to taste, close and cook for 1 min
Add 1 Cup cooked rice and mix well
PUDINA CORN RICE is ready!!

Coconut Rice – 4:19
Ingredients:
1 Cup Grated Coconut, 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds, 1 Tsp Urad Dal, 1 Tsp Channa Dal, 3 Tbsp Peanuts, 1 Dry Red Chilli, 1 Tbsp Chopped Kaju/Cashew Nuts, 2-3 Green Chillies, Curry Leaves, 3 Cups Cooked Rice, Salt to Taste, 1 Tsp Ghee, 1 Tsp Oil

Recipe:
Heat a pan and add 1 Tsp Oil, 1 Tsp Ghee for enhanced Flavors
Add 1 Tbsp Oil, 3 Tbsp Peanuts, 1 Tbsp Channa Dal, 1 Tbsp Urad Dal, 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds, 1 Dry Red Chilli, 1 Tbsp Chopped Kajus and Saute
Add 3 Slit Green Chillies, Curry Leaves and saute
Add prepared 1 Cup Grated coconut and mix well
Add Salt to taste and mix thoroughly
Add 3 cups of cooked rice and mix well
COCONUT RICE is READY!!

Lemon Rice – 6:02
Ingredients:
3 Lemons, 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds, 1 Tsp Urad Dal, 1 Tsp Channa Dal, 3 Tbsp Peanuts, 1 Dry Red Chilli, 2-3 Green Chillies, Curry Leaves, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric, 1/4 Tsp Hing/Asofetida, 3 Cups Cooked Rice, Salt to Taste, Oil

Recipe:
Take juice from 3 Lemons, add 1 Tsp Salt, mix well and keep aside
Heat a pan, add 1 Tbsp Oil, 3 Tbsp Peanuts, 1 Tbsp Channa Dal, 1 Tbsp Urad Dal, 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds, 1 Dry Red Chilli and saute
Next Add 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/4 Tsp Hing/Asofetida, 3 Slit Green Chillies, Curry Leaves and saute
Switch off the stove, add prepared Lemon Juice and mix well
Add 3 cups of cooked rice and mix well
LEMON RICE is READY!!

Matar Pulao Rice – 7:18
Ingredients:
1 Cup Basmati Rice, 1 Cup Fresh Peas, ½ Cup Fresh Coconut Pieces, 2-3 Green Chillies, 1 Tsp Jeera, 2 Bay Leafs, 3-4 Cloves, 2-4 Cinnamon Sticks, 1 Elaichi, Coriander Leaves, Salt to Taste, 1 Tbsp Ghee

Recipe:
Take 1 Cup Basmati Rice, wash it thoroughly and soak it for 20 mins
Blend Fresh Coconut pieces, 2-3 Green chillies and into a paste by adding little water
Heat a pan, add 1 Tsp Ghee
Add all the spices 1 Tsp Jeera, 2 Bay Leafs, 3-4 Cloves, 2-4 Cinnamon Sticks, 1 Elaichi and fry them well
Add Coconut Chilli Paste and fry
Add 1 Cup water for 1 cup Basmati Rice
Add 1 Cup Soaked Basmati Rice spread evenly
Add chopped Coriander
MATAR PULAO RICE is ready!!
