Just MIX everything and put IT IN THE OVEN. I make this PIE EVERYDAY

Ingredients for the dough:
milk – 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
water – 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
sugar – 10 g (0.35 oz)
salt -10 g (0.35 oz)
eggs -1 piece
dried yeast – 4 g (0.14 oz)
oil -50 ml (⅕ cup)
flour – 650 g (22.93 oz)
TO LEAVEN 1 H

Filling with meat:
beef meat- 250 g (8.8 oz)
onion- 2 pieces
salt – 3 g (0.11 oz)
black pepper – 3 g (0.11 oz)
coriander – 3 g (0.11 oz)

Filling with potatoes:
potatoes- 300 g (10.6 oz)
onion -250 g (8.8 oz)
greenery – 10 g (0.35 oz)
salt -3 g (0.11 oz)
paprika – 3 g (0.11 oz)
oil – 20 g (0.7 oz)
Melted butter to grease between the pies tops -50 g (1.76 oz)
TO REST 15 minutes
yolks to grease at the surface – 2 pieces
IN THE OVEN 200 °C (392 °F)/35 minutes
