Apple Cooler
30 mls ( 1 oz) Scotch Whisky
15 mls ( 1/2 oz) Le Birlou Chestnut Liqueur
10 mls ( 1/3 oz) Sugar syrup
20 mls (2/3 oz) Fresh Lemon Juice
60 mls ( 2oz) Cloudy Apple juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Shake and strain over ice in rocks glass
Mint Sprig and Lemon Wedge Garnish

Tennessee Cooler
60 mls ( 2oz) Jack Daniels Old No 7
20 mls ( 2/3 oz) Fresh Orange Juice
15 mls ( 1/2 oz) Maple Syrup
30 mls ( 1oz ) Fresh Lemon Juice
2 slices fresh Ginger
Shake and strain over ice into double rocks glass.
Orange Twist garnish

Kentucky Lemon Drop
45 mls ( 1 1/2 oz) Bourbon
15 mls ( 1/2 oz) Limoncello
30 mls ( 1 oz) Fresh lemon Juice
15 mls ( 1/2 oz) Egg white or aqua faba
4 Mint leaves
Shake and Double strain into cocktail glass
Mint leaf garnish

Irish Summer Punch
40 mls ( 1 1/3 oz) Irish Whiskey
20 mls ( 2/3 oz) Cointreau
30 mls ( 1 oz) Fresh lemon Juice
10 mls ( 1/3 oz) Orgeat
30 mls ( 1 oz) Pineapple Juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Shake and strain into highball glass
Lemon Wedge Garnish

Kakubin Yuzu Highball
60 mls Kakubin or other Japanese Whisky
15 mls ( 1/2 oz) Fresh lemon Juice
Build Over ice in highball glass
Top up Yuzu Soda
Lemon Wedge garnish
