Paleo Pumpkin Porridge
– 1/4 cup almond flour.
– 1 tbsp ground flax.
– 1 tbsp nut butter.
– 1/4 tsp vanilla.
– 1/2 cup almond milk.
– 3 tbsp pumpkin
– 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
Apple Spice Chia Pudding
1 can full fat coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp apple pie spice or cinnamon
5 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Squash Egg Cups
– 1/4 cup cookies butternut squash
– 4 eggs
