Bee’s Breakfast Gin Cocktail Recipe – featured on Imbibe Magazine!

The Bee’s Breakfast is a gin cocktail that comes all the way from Los Angeles’ bar, Hinoki & the Bird. A winning combination that makes this the ideal breakfast drink. Featured on Imbibe Magazine, this raspberry cocktail is a tasty number!


– 60mL Gin
– 22.5mL Fresh Lemon Juice
– 22.5mL Honey Syrup (3:1)
– 5 Raspberries
– 5mL Greek Yoghurt

1. Add all your ingredients (except yoghurt) to your cocktail shaker
2. Lightly muddle
3. Add the yoghurt
4. Shake & strain over crushed ice into a collins glass
5. Garnish with a sprig of mint
