Ingredients:
Vengaya Sadam:
Rice – 1 cup
Small onion – 3/4 cup
Red chillies- 6 to 7
Urad dhal – 1 tbsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Salt – to taste
Mustard – 1 tsp
Urad dhal- 1 tsp
Ghee – to taste

Mixed Vegetables Kootu:
Thoor dhal – 1/2 cup
Bean – 10
Carrot- 1
Malabar Cucumber – small piece
Jeera- 1/2 tsp
Coconut- 3 to 4 tbsp
Red chillies- 4
Mustard- 1 tsp
Urad dhal- 1 tsp
Curry leaves – few
Salt – to taste
