Since I discovered this recipe, this is the only way I make the DOUGH!

Ingredients:
water – 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
sugar – 20 g (0.7 oz)
salt – 5 g (0.18 oz)
yeast – 10 g (0.35 oz)
oil – 50 ml (⅕ cup)
flour – 400 ml (13.5 fl oz)
TO LEAVEN 30 minutes
chicken breast – 500 g (17.64 oz)
green bell pepper – 2 pieces
soy sauce – 50 ml (⅕ cup)
oil – 30 ml (1 fl oz)
vinegar – 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
salt – 5 g (0.18 oz)
Tray with diameter 25 cm (10 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/40 minutes
