Vlog ! Back to baking l Trying new dishes by experimenting with ingredients | Healthy Cinnamon Rolls

I love baking specially breads, cinnamon rolls, fatayer, zaatar bread, pizza and many. Being back in Kerala, getting on track, I never got time to check out the settings and working of electric oven we already have, though I missed baking. Finally it’s time to re-start my baking experiments. Hopefully shall come up with more baking vlogs and recipes. Stay tuned !!

Whole Wheat Cinnamon rolls :

Instant dry yeast – 1.5 tbsp
Lukewarm water – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Oil – 1/2 cup
Milk powder – 1/2 cup
Water – 1/2 cup
Salt – 1.5tsp
Baking powder – 1.5 tsp
Whole wheat flour – 3 – 4 cups

Organic jaggery powder – 1.5 cup
Cinnamon powder – 2 -3 tbsp
Coconut oil – 2 tbsp or more

Popcorn :

Popcorn kernels – 1/2 cup
Butter – 50 gram
Cheese powder – 2 – 3 tbsp

Veg Spanish Omlette :
Onion – 3 – 4 small sliced
Potato – 3 – 4 medium sliced or grated
Green chillies – 3 – 4 chopped
Olive oil – 4 tbsp
Coriander leaves – a handful chopped
Salt
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp

Gram flour – 1 cup
Water – as per needed
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Salt
Baking powder – 1.5 tsp
