Salt – 1/4 tsp
Egg – 1 medium
Normal water – 1/4 cup
For stuffing:
Minced chicken (keema) – 1 cup
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Oil (sesame oil /any type) – 1 tblsp
Soya sauce – 1/2 tblsp
Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Chopped green chilli – 1 tsp
Chopped spring onion – 1/4 cup
Egg yolk – 1 medium
Oil – for deep frying
