Here’s The Specs:
A Clockwork Orange
1oz (30ml) Vodka
.5oz (15ml) Cointreau
.75oz (22.5ml) Simple Syrup
.5oz (15ml) Lime Juice
.5oz (15ml) Lemon Juice
1 egg white
Barspoon vanilla Sugar
Orange Disk garnish
Shake strain coupe

Put orange peels into a tin with ingredients and muddle.
1oz (30ml) Fernet
1oz (30ml) Vida Mezcal
.5oz (15ml) Lemon Juice
.5oz (15) Agave
1oz (30ml) Pineapple
Brûlée’d Sugar Crust
Use half a lemon, coat with Sugar and add some bitters. Torch the sugar until it runs down the sides of the lemon. Remove with knife

2oz (60ml) Kraken Rum
2oz (60ml) Pineapple Juice
Scant .75oz (20ml) Passionfruit
Scant .75oz (20ml) lemon Juice
Scant .75oz (20ml) Sugar (simple syrup?)
1 egg white
Strain into a Collins glass and pour rum into passionfruit half and light on fire then sprinkle cinnamon for the fire effect
