Ingredients
Basmati rice – 1 cup (200 grams)
Water – 1½ cup (For 1 cup of rice)
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Carrot, beans & potato
Overnight soaked green peas
Oil – 2 tbl spoon
Ghee – 1 tbl spoon
Bay leaf – 2
Cinnamon stick – 2
Star anise – 1
Cardamom – 3
Kalpasi (Blackstone flower)
Cloves – 5
Cashews
Green chilli – 3
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbl spoon
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Fennel powder or fennel seeds – ¼ teaspoon
Chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Curd – 3 tbl spoon
Salt
Half lemon
Roasted bread pieces
