Bakery Style Tea Cake || Hot Milk Cake || Easy Tea Cake Recipe || Super Tasty Moist Cake ||


All Purpose Flour/ Maida – 1 Cup
Eggs – 2
Corn Flour- 1Tbsp
Powdered Sugar – 1 Cup
Oil  – 1/3 Cup
Baking Soda – 1/2 Tsp
Baking Powder  – 1 Tsp
Salt A Pinch
Vanilla Essence – 1 Tbsp
Hot Milk – 1/2 Cup
Butter – 1 1/2 Tbsp

Take A Bowl Add All Dry Ingredients into & mix it well n Keep it aside

Take A Blender Add 2 eggs n blend it for 30 seconds. Add Powdered Sugar n blend it for 30 seconds. Finally add oil n vanilla essence n blend it for 10 Second. Transfer in to a bowl.

Add Dry Ingredients to A egg mixture n Fold well into a soft batter.

Add hot milk & butter mixture n Fold well into a soft batter

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.

Allow the cake to rest for 5 minutes before taking it

Serve it Hot or Cold.
