Ingredients:
125g (1/2 cup+1tbsp) unsalted butter
(Note: in video mistakenly typed 1cup)
1 small egg
(Slightly beat small egg and add 25g~30g of it in mixture).
5g (1tsp) vanilla
85g (3/4 cup) powdered sugar
180g (1 1/2 cup) cake flour
1/4 tsp salt
strawberry jam
chocolate butter cookies:

20g (2 1/2 tbsp) cocoa powder

2 tbsp powdered sugar
1tbsp cocoa powder
1tbsp water
