BLOOD ORANGE GIN SOUR
2 oz/60 ml Gin
1 oz/30 ml Blood Orange Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Lemon Juice
.75 oz/Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
1. Add all ingredients to the shaker tin.
2. Shake without ice for 10-15 seconds.
3. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds/
4. Fine strain into glass over fresh ice.
5. Add 4 drops of Angostura Bitters.
4. Garnish with a Blood Orange Wheel.
