Pineapple Puttu recipe / Healthy Breakfast

pineapple slices 250gm
coconut as needed
Salt 1 pinch
Puttu is the most iconic breakfast dish of Kerala. Almost always served with the Kerala kadala curry, or banana. Puttu is a humble yet healthy and filling breakfast. Puttu principally consists of coarsely ground rice, grated coconut, little salt and water. Pineapple Puttu consists of coarsely ground rice, grated coconut, pineapple puree, little salt and water.
