Broccoli & Egg Recipe
400 g leftover broccoli
60 g bacon
2 tbsp chopped spring onions
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp grated gouda cheese
Salt and ground white pepper to taste
A little garlic powder
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp butter
1.Add eggs into a bowl. Season with salt, ground white pepper and garlic powder. Using a fork to beat the ingredients until combined.
2.In a pan on medium heat, heat the cooking oil, melt the butter.
3.Once the cooking oil is hot and the butter has melted, add in the bacon, garlic, chopped spring onions and broccoli. Season with salt and ground white pepper.
4.Stir fry all of ingredients for about 5 minutes.
5.Add in the shredded mozzarella cheese and shredded gouda cheese.
6.Pour in the egg mixture.
7.Once the eggs start to set, stir fry all ingredients together gently.
8.Transfer the Broccoli and Egg into a serving plate and serve. Enjoy!
