2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
salt to taste
1 and half tsp pepper powder
a pinch of turmeric powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
3 whole eggs
1 handful of cashews / almond coarsely ground
ghee for frying
