1 cup ap flour
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup +2 tbsp water
1 ½ tbsp cooking oil
1 garlic clove
4 tbsp onion
¼ cup carrot
½ cup potato
½ tsp salt
3 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp oregano
¾ tsp chili flakes
¼ bell pepper
¼ cup green peas
Instructions:
1. Mix ap flour with salt and water
2. Knead a soft dough
3. Rest dough for 20 minutes
4. Add garlic, onion, carrot, potato and salt to taste
5. Cook for 4-5 minutes until potatoes are soft
6. Stir in tomato sauce, oregano, chili flakes, bell pepper and green peas
7. Set the vegetable aside to cool down
8. Roll out round shaped sheets
9. Layer the sheets and place on dry heat until dough is no longer raw
10. Separate the dough sheets
11. Place vegetable filling and cheese and seal to the wrap into a square shape
12. Coat the wrap in ap flour
13. Dip it in whisked egg wash then roll it in breadcrumbs and repeat again
14. Deep fry until golden brown
15. Ready to Enjoy!
